Steadman Hub are the UK's only HubSpot Recruitment Agency, and we are proud to be working with a leading Tech Business, who are looking to hire a Revenue Operations Manager, who is skilled with HubSpot. Our client are passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to drive growth and exceed customer expectations. The role is remote across the UK.
The salary for this role is paying up to £80,000, with an excellent benefits package applied too.
Position Overview:
This individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing their revenue processes, leveraging HubSpot's capabilities to enhance the sales, marketing, and customer success efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot to align with revenue-generating activities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline workflows and ensure seamless data flow within HubSpot.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance metrics, providing insights to improve revenue operations.
- Create and manage lead scoring models, ensuring efficient lead management and routing.
- Train and support teams on best practices for using HubSpot and other relevant tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance productivity and revenue generation.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to processes and systems to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with a minimum of 4 years in revenue operations, with expertise in utilizing HubSpot.
- Deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- HubSpot certifications or relevant training is a plus.
