Job Title: HubSpot Architect (EU-based)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Architect based in the European Union to design and implement efficient workflows and create insightful dashboards for our organization. The ideal candidate will leverage our clean data to optimize our HubSpot implementation and drive business value while ensuring compliance with EU regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and create automated workflows in HubSpot to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service processes
  2. Develop comprehensive dashboards to provide actionable insights and track key performance indicators
  3. Configure and customize HubSpot to align with our business processes and goals
  4. Integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems as needed
  5. Ensure data integrity and maintain clean data practices
  6. Train and support team members on HubSpot best practices
  7. Continuously optimize HubSpot performance and suggest improvements
  8. Ensure compliance with EU data protection regulations, including GDPR

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a HubSpot Architect or similar role
  2. Strong understanding of HubSpot's capabilities, including workflow automation and reporting tools
  3. Experience in creating and managing complex workflows and dashboards
  4. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  7. HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, or Service Hub certifications) preferred
  8. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
  9. Thorough understanding of GDPR and other relevant EU data protection regulations
  10. Ability to work within EU time zones and travel within the EU as needed
