Love2shop are on the look out for a passionate Consumer Marketing Executive who will work closely with the Consumer Marketing Team in the devising and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns which drive customer acquisition, retention, lifetime value and profitable revenue for the (B2C & B2B) Love2shop brands.

Main Responsibilities ❤️🎉



  • Work with the Consumer Marketing Manager and the wider Consumer Marketing Team to develop and implement an integrated marketing communications plan for all Love2shop brands
  • Working with the Consumer Marketing Team, Digital Team and Creative Team, and the wider business, to create and monitor a wide variety of integrated communications such as email, SMS, direct mail, and print using our suite of tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva and InDesign
  • Demonstrate best practise in creating compelling, on-brand, action-orientated marketing communications: content, subject lines, timing, frequency and format in consideration of customer lifecycle. Upskill other team members as necessary
  • Ensure layouts are optimised and mobile friendly
  • Work with Email Developer on the development of new email templates for use within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Deliver against a testing programme to constantly optimise performance
  • Work with the wider Consumer Marketing Team to develop methods of growing database size, quality and improved segmentation
  • Check and achieve the relevant sign off prior to emission, including Compliance and Legal.
  • Be a brand guardian for defined brands, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines and Tone of Voice across all campaigns



Essentials skills required ❤️🎉


  • You to proven experience in email marketing
  • You have excellent planning, project management, organisational skills, time management and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • You a confident at copy writing, understanding of grammar, proof reading skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • You are commercially aware with the ability to align to business KPI’s
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • You have the ability to keep calm under pressure
  • You are able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary
  • You are proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite and experience of Social Media platforms.
  • You have a can-do attitude and positive approach.



Desirable but not essential ❤️🎉


  • Relevant degree/marketing/direct marketing qualification
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar template driven comms building platform to build electronic marketing communications
  • Experience and understanding of Google Analytics to track and report on revenue driving communications campaigns.
