E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Home based – Office in SW (1 x PCM) with meeting options in the North and London.


Base salary to £60k / 10% Bonus / Car allowance and Comprehensive benefits package / 25 days

Initially the role will focus on UK centric E-Commerce business with some EU focus, moving forwards we want a superstar to grow our business in America and Globally.


Role –


This role demands an experienced, energetic, highly motivated E-Commerce Key Account Manager to be the driving force behind the continued development of our e commerce sales strategy to support our growth targets and significant online potential. A key element will be driving revenue through Amazon with additional online retail channels to support that key market.

The role will encompass driving and managing retailer ecommerce relationships ensuring each account maximises sales target through innovation, brand exposure, alongside a strong trade and promotional calendar. You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders analysing brand performance and identifying opportunities to launch new initiatives and improve the groups online shopping experience. Reporting to the Commercial Sales Director you will be a motivated self-starter, adaptable, flexible and results orientated.


Competencies and Skills

Proven E-Commerce Account Manager / Business Development Manager (EXPERICINE WORKING WITH AMAZON AND IDEALLY OCADO) …

Experience in FMCG (Beauty / Personal Care / Ethical Product experience highly advantageous) …

Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills.

Must want to work for a socially responsible / Green focused / people centric business.


  • You will be a versatile professional with excellent commercial acumen and strong functional knowledge of Key Account Management and online retail business.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing sales and marketing strategies and delivering eCommerce revenue growth.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A great team player with excellent interpersonal skills with resilience and adaptability
  • You will have a strong passion for growing the user experience of the beauty shopper to build a best-in-class experience with our retail partners.
  • Highly experienced in ecommerce sales planning, merchandising and execution.
  • Strong experience in data analytics and reporting
  • Experience in beauty industry and / or in retail desired
  • An exposure to major retailers within the Pharmacy & Grocery sector will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
