Here at ISS, as one of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are now looking for an accomplished HVAC Engineer with all round HVAC skills to join an Engineering Team dedicated to a client's site in Stevenage, site consists of office spaces, manufacturing, testing facilities. Client are in defence and aerospace.


The site is major and critical with a host of HVAC systems, such as CRAC units, Chillers, Pump sets, AC systems and Pressure Vessels


This is a fantastic opportunity for a good A/C Engineer to develop and upskill with training across a world class site.


Actions will include:

  • Completing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of A/C related equipment of various sizes and levels of complexity, across AC, Chillers, Water/Air Source Heat pumps
  • Managing subcontractor delivery and completing site inductions
  • Supporting the Lead Engineer and Manager with escalations
  • Working closely with the customer
  • Completing minor projects
  • Completing minor, ad hoc fabric works
  • Supporting with occasional weekend work with client building events

  • Full A/C qualifications plus F Gas Cat 1/2079
  • Sound experience
  • Energy to upskill on new systems
