Static AC Engineer - FM Service Provider – Commercial Estate – Stevenage, Hertfordshire – up to £50,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Stevenage. CBW is currently recruiting a Static AC Engineer to be based in a mixed-use commercial estate located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified AC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Hours of work + Salary
  • Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
  • 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
  • Up to £50,000 per annum
  • Overtime available 
  • 25 days holiday + BH
  • Company Pension
Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
  • Carrying out maintenance on AC systems
  • Finding and fixing faults
  • PPM & Reactive maintenance
  • Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
  • Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plants.
  • Escorting subcontractors
  • Providing technical support to engineers on site
Requirements :
  • Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Minimum)
  • Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Desired)
  • F - Gas 2079 Cat -1
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS (Desired)
  • Experience working in an industrial setting (Desired)
