We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. We value diversity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a track record of meeting sales targets.



You will be responsible for:


  • Contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business.
  • Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance.
  • Contribute positively to the team to create a fun working environment.



We are looking for candidates with:


  • Have experience of volume dials (100+ per day) and closing sales over the phone
  • 12 months + cold calling experience
  • B2B preferred or experience working with small amount of data where data conversion is key
  • Confidence and assertive communication skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a targeted environment.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
