Key Responsibilities will include:

·Managing a portfolio of clients

·Assist with onboarding of new clients ie. client visits, training if required to ensure a smooth handover from new business

·Monitor client’s debtors by completing quarterly ledger reviews

·Prepare documentation for client overpayments or facility amendments where required and submitting for credit approval.

·Increasing debtor funding limits as requested and ensuring necessary Allianz limits are applied.

·Ensure excellent service level to clients is maintained, this includes regular client visits.

·Maintain appropriate risk grading for each client facility in accordance with the risk policy and escalate client/risk concerns you may have.

·Ensuring watch list clients are highlighted at Portfolio review meetings monthly.

·Offer support and advice to existing clients to assist in the growth of the clients’ business, this may include cross-selling other WeDo products

·Maintaining a high level of client retention through pro-active client management

·Ensuring Facility breaches are documented on the client file and escalated if required

This role will suit an experienced client manager looking for a role with excellent opportunities to progress – as such salary is negotiable DOE.

Candidate attributes:

·ABFA/ UK Finance IF/ABL qualification (desirable)

·Experience in Invoice Finance

·IT literate with Microsoft packages

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Analytical thinker with good attention to detail
