Hirestaff's partner has an exciting opportunity for a Reservations & Events Coordinator to their highly successful team. Your main responsibility as the Reservations & Events Coordinator will oversee the daily operation of the reservations department and handle all incoming reservation enquiries, as well as a small number of events.


Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a premium operation as a Reservations or Events Coordinator, preferably in a country house hotel with a spa
  • Previous experience using a hotel PMS system (desirable)
  • Strong working knowledge of all the Front Office operations
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication
  • The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisation



Duties:

  • Taking Reservations calls and replying to email enquiries
  • Handling and converting of event enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, agents and guests ensuring an inspirational service is delivered at all times
  • Maintain and deliver consistent company agreed standards
