Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage projects across multiple companies within the group.
  • Implement and promote innovative project management tools and techniques.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and promote teamwork.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to the Group COO.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work from the Bourne office a few days per week and remotely for the rest of the time.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience managing projects in a multi-company environment.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
