As the cyber threat landscape continues to evolve, Saepio is growing rapidly to meet the increasing demand for top-notch cybersecurity solutions. To support our growth, we are recruiting a Technical Consultant to join our Technical Services Team.

What will you be doing?

As a Technical Consultant, you will join the technical services team, responsible for the implementation, optimisation and assessment of industry leading cyber security solutions for Saepio’s customers.


· Scope: understand the customer requirements and plan the work to achieve the outcomes.

· Deploy: implement security solutions on a fast-paced project basis for customers with both industry and vendor best practices.

· Assess: perform health check assessments on aligned security solutions.

· Optimise: help customers tune technology as the threat landscape evolves and functionality develops.

· Document & Knowledge Transfer: develop technical documentation for implemented security solutions and share knowledge leaving customers a path to self-sufficiency.

· Provide ongoing project support and guidance to clients on maintaining and optimising their security posture.

· Work closely with sales teams to ensure valuable discovery, implementation and review process is followed with projects.

· Participate in enablement sessions for the wider teams at Saepio to keep knowledge of best practises up to date.

· Stay up to date on the latest cyber threats and security solutions.

· Manage client relationships, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.

· Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

· A-Level or equivalent qualifications (required)

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT security / infrastructure or a related field

· Experience working as a delivery consultant or support analyst for an MSP/VAR/Security

· Reseller/Distribution highly desirable

· Foundational experience Microsoft/M365 products and technologies.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS & DHCP.


Technical knowledge & experience in one or more of the following areas:

· Patch management tools and processes.

· SIEM / XDR / SYSLOG.

· Vulnerability management tools

· Email Security

· Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)

· SASE / SSE / Secure Web Gateway

· Cloud security, particularly public cloud platforms. (desirable)


Certifications. We believe real world experience beats paper credentials however desirable certifications include:

· Security product qualifications in Saepio’s leading vendors: Automox, Rapid7, Mimecast, CrowdStrike, Okta, Netskope

· Microsoft Certifications

· CompTIA Security+
