Do you have experience leading projects, scoping projects, working with cloud technologies, and deploying IT services?

If the answer is yes, then please read on

You’ll work with clients as their IT manager to develop an IT strategy, including the creation and maintenance of an IT roadmap to outline development and maintenance tasks for at least 12 months.

In this role you’ll provide on-site proactive and reactive technical support to clients, also acting as an escalation point for the Helpdesk team. Identify opportunities for IT infrastructure improvements to ensure clients benefit from the latest available technologies to support and innovate their businesses.

Then you’ll plan and deliver a variety of technology projects to meet the requirements and expectations of clients. Create and maintain accurate technical documentation to promote knowledge-sharing with the team and to ensure that clients are effectively supported.

Most importantly Work collaboratively with the regional team to ensure a consistent client experience.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- You will ideally have at least 12 months experience of providing IT consultancy, and at least three years’ experience of providing IT support.
- You will have proven experience in delivering projects with the Microsoft 365 Platform, and preferably Microsoft Azure.
- You will have experience with the administration and installation of server

**Qualities**
- You will have excellent troubleshooting skills.
- You will be able but able to approach a problem creatively.
- You will be able to work independently, and to manage and prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- You will be able to explain technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
