The organisation is employee-owned through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), meaning all staff benefit from tax-free profit-share bonuses when targets are met.The provider delivers high-quality apprenticeships across multiple professional sectors and is strongly values-driven, with a focus on impact, collaboration, and investing in people.Role PurposeYou will lead the organisation's inclusive learning strategy, ensuring apprentices, particularly those with SEND or facing barriers - receive accessible, equitable, and high-impact training. Working across curriculum, quality, delivery, and employer networks, you will help shape an inclusive learning environment that improves progression, achievement, and long-term outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on inclusive learning and curriculum strategy, aligned to Ofsted and ESFA expectationsEvaluate and coach staff to embed inclusive teaching and effective support practiceWork with curriculum teams to ensure accessibility is designed into all programmesOversee reasonable adjustments, support planning, Access to Work processes, and inclusion reportingDeliver training and resources that strengthen inclusive practice organisation-wideMonitor inclusion KPIs and EDIMs, reporting on impact and learner outcomesProvide guidance on employer responsibilities under the Equality ActSupport high-needs funding processes (ILR/EAS)Line-manage a small team (SEND Coordinator + 2 Coordinators)What You'll BringLevel 5+ teaching qualification (DTLLS, CertEd, PGCE or equivalent)Experience in SEND strategy, curriculum design, and quality improvementStrong knowledge of ESFA funding requirements and ILR complianceBackground supporting post-16 learners and/or apprenticesUnderstanding of awarding-body requirements and equality legislationWillingness to travel for observation and employer visitsBenefitsQuarterly tax-free bonuses linked to performance (as part of the EOT structure)25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday leaveHoliday buy/sell schemeFunded CPD and qualificationsHealth cash plan, dental cover, EAP, virtual GPEnhanced sick pay and life insurance
