Role Overview

As a Junior Transactional Associate, you will play a key role in advising private equity firms and financial sponsors on complex cross-border transactions. You will work alongside experienced lawyers on high-profile deals, contributing to the success of the practice.


Responsibilities

  • Advise on M&A, buyouts, and distressed acquisitions
  • Handle corporate M&A and private equity transactions
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Engage in business development and firm promotion
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge sharing
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers


Requirements

  • Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with 1-4 years of PQE in private equity transactions.
  • Previous experience at a leading private equity practice in London or a comparable market.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiating, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • A strong corporate training background and academics, and a non-jumpy CV showing demonstrable technical ability on PE backed transactions.
