As a Remote self employed Executive Coach, you will work one-on-one with senior leaders and executives to help them develop their leadership capabilities, overcome challenges, and achieve their career objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' strengths, development areas, and career aspirations.
  • Providing personalized executive coaching sessions via video calls, phone, or online platforms.
  • Assisting clients in developing strategic plans, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and refining decision-making skills.
  • Offering guidance on communication, team management, conflict resolution, and organizational change.
  • Helping clients build resilience, manage stress, and maintain work-life balance.
  • Tracking clients' progress and providing ongoing support, feedback, and accountability.
  • Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in executive coaching and leadership development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive coach, leadership coach, or in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of executive coaching methodologies, leadership development theories, and organizational behavior.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with senior leaders and executives.
  • Proficiency with online communication tools and assessment software.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications (e.g., ICF, PCC, MCC) are a plus.
