  • Identify growth opportunities and drive the evolution of the product roadmap to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and OKRs.
  • Lead and coach a team of product managers, ensuring they are motivated and productive through development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing success and serve as a product evangelist internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyse customer data, user metrics, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Effectively leading and collaborating with different teams (Engineering, Trading, Data Science) to bring the product vision to life.
  • Coaching, mentoring and performance management of Product Mangers through the product lifecycle and helping them define and drive the product strategy.
  • Communicating product strategy to stakeholders, negotiating with partners, and managing internal and external expectations across multiple Products simultaneously.
  • Understanding regulations, responsible gaming features, and customer protection measures is paramount.
  • Knowledge of gambling laws and regulations across different jurisdictions is crucial.
