We are looking for an experienced HR professional, ideally with a background in professional services. This is a great role for someone enjoys working operationally and strategically within a People function. The role holder will partner with their assigned business leaders to deliver the people aspects of their strategy providing people guidance and expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, organisational development, talent acquisition and reward. This is a true HR Business Partner role where you will be front facing to your stakeholders.


Our client have fantastic offices in Edinburgh and work a flexible working policy.


To be successful you will have:


  • Strong HR experience within professional services
  • Effective communication skills
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and regulations
  • Experience working at a strategic level in a people function
