Who we’re after

We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and thirsty-to-learn junior project manager to join our expanding team. This would be the perfect opportunity for a graduate who just finished a degree in Project Management or another relevant course. It is an entry-level position into the world of eCommerce and agency life but full of promise for growth and opportunity.


Summary of responsibilities

  • Supporting mid- and senior-level project managers in the delivery of projects and retainers
  • Responding directly to client requests and issues and liaising with the team
  • Updating clients on scheduled work in sprints and any unexpected changes
  • Ensures actions and decisions from pod and client “retrospectives” are carried forward
  • Contributing to various agile Scrum ceremonies within the pod (daily standup, refinement, sprint planning, & retrospectives)
  • Providing sprint delivery reporting and looking for opportunities to optimise or increase delivery/efficiency
  • Keeping track of priorities and managing work accordingly
  • Joining client retainer calls (vary from weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly) and project weekly calls to provide updates, and maintain excellent relationships
  • Ensuring all actions from client meetings are captured and followed up on
  • Oversees Service Desk delivery and escalates urgent or slow-moving issues
  • Leading communication and meetings for smaller clients
  • Creating and maintaining project timelines and responding to and communicating changes
  • Ensuring change requests are captured and charged
  • Weekly call with Senior Project manager to discuss personal, client and project progress
  • Using Jira for managing all internal work and ensuring time is logged
  • Using ClickUp for client and project management, ensuring it’s utilised, maintained and remains organised


Skills and experience

  • Ideally 1 year of project management experience
  • 2:1 or higher in relevant degree
  • Experience working with Magento 2 is preferable but not required
  • A clear communicator to internal teams and clients
  • Effective client stakeholder management experience
  • Understanding of PM methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Use of project management systems, particularly Jira
  • Bright, ambitious, and looking to progress in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
  • Well-organised and a logical thinker
  • Passionate about e-commerce and all things digital
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Naturally well-organised, reliable, and enjoys working in a methodical way
