VP Omnichannel Strategy Director
Complete HealthVizion is currently recruiting for a VP Omnichannel Strategy Director to join their growing team. You will be recognised as an Omnichannel expert within the agency. This will be a new role for the agency and is key for the continued growth of both Complete HealthVizion and IPG Health Medical Communications. You will be providing strategic guidance to client services and medical services teams to help them and our clients leverage omnichannel strategies, as well as being accountable for the success of digital projects.
Key functions of the role include:
Client Management- Lead the planning, development and implementation of omnichannel and digital communication strategies.
Business Development- Work with internal growth and account teams to identify, secure and lead on new business opportunities.
Innovation- Keep Pace with the evolving omnichannel landscape and other future trends.
Financial-Support the development of omnichannel budgets and SOWs to maximize recovery.
Internal Leadership- Be a role model and foster a culture of innovation across the business.
To be successful in this role you will be a leader, keen to drive forward innovation in the healthcare sector. You don’t need to be a medical communications expert but a strong background in strategy, whether that is digital, media or engagement, would be a great fit for this position.
