  • Operational Delivery: Ability to create and oversee project plans, ensuring successful operational delivery on a weekly basis.
  • Document Management: Follow and adhere to project documentation, updating as needed to reflect project progress.
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching, support, development, and guidance to the site team, along with effective line management. You will be responsible for line managing a team that includes 1 Project Delivery Manager, 2 Site Managers, and 4 operatives.
