Job Title: Senior Consultant – Executive Search, Strategy, Transformation, and Technology

Salary: £50,000 base + commission


The Company

Following a successful hire earlier this year we are delighted to once again partner with a boutique Strategy, Transformation, and Technology executive search firm, renowned for its precision in delivering high-impact, retained search solutions. Leveraging a unique, proprietary data-driven search strategy, this firm successfully places Mid to Partner level talent into Consulting, Private Equity, and major Corporates globally, with a primary focus on clients in the US and Europe.


In addition to executive search, the firm offers acquisition advisory services, supporting clients with due diligence and strategic recommendations as they explore new market entry opportunities.


The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work closely with Principals and Partners in the firm to execute retained searches across Strategy, Transformation, and Technology. You’ll work closely with leading firms in Consulting, Private Equity, and the corporate sector to understand their talent needs and deliver tailored solutions, taking ownership of the entire search process from client engagement to candidate placement. When ready you will also be championed to originate work with the help of your peers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Retained Search Projects: Lead the end-to-end search process, from client brief to candidate offer, with a focus on senior and executive-level placements.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business, culture, and talent needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize data-driven sourcing strategies and the firm's proprietary search platform to identify and attract top-tier candidates across multiple industries and geographies.
  • Market Insights: Provide clients with strategic insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity to support their growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with fellow consultants and support staff to drive successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
