Deskside Software Support (DSS)
Warranty & Non-warranty Break Fix
Install, Move, Add, Change Disposal (IMACD)
Hands and Eyes
Field & On-site Support

End User Compute, Print & Mobile Devices
Video Conferencing Devices
Other IT devices
馃専Expected Skills:
TCP/IP, routing/switching basics
Windows OS (up to the latest version)
PC imaging with Intune AutoPilot
Active Directory & Azure AD
IT hardware & software problem-solving
Analytical & collaborative mindset
Relevant technical qualifications or experience
馃専Key Responsibilities:
Support IT applications & operations within the global IT department
Troubleshoot, develop, and install various systems

Maintain accurate UK asset tracking
Assist in onboarding and off-boarding tasks
Contribute to cross-functional IT projects
