A London headquartered Multi Start Hedge Fund are seeking an experienced Compliance Associate to join the business as part of a global Compliance function buildout. The existing London compliance team is currently made up three members and this hire is for a newly created position.


The position forms part of the Hedge Funds Core Compliance team and daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Personal Account dealing management.
  • Managing code of ethics related deliverables globally.
  • Conflicting mitigation and recordkeeping.
  • Compliance reporting and wider business projects.


My client are known to hire best in class talent and thus are looking for candidates who are educated to degree level and have a minimum of three years buy side core compliance experience. Individuals with experience working with a wide range of asset classes and strong technical skills are preferred. A highly competitive compensation package is on offer for this position.
