About the Role

You will be providing telephone & video-based advice to clients regarding Life Insurance and Protection services. Initially, you will be guided through a detailed training scheme where you will benefit from a best-in-class onboarding. Conducting fact finds and researching client requirements. Maintaining records on the internal system and following the company sales process. Building rapport and communicating professionally with clients. Making sure clients are receiving the best possible service at all times. Earning commission on all written business.


Responsibilities

  • Previous experience within full advised protection advice.
  • A keenness to train towards full CAS status within your initial 6 months.
  • A professional approach and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Self-motivated and a desire to succeed
  • Ability to demonstrate drive and ambition to carve out a successful career within financial services
  • IT literate and attention to detail


Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years in whole of market, fully advised protection advice.
  • Must have either R01 and R05 (current standard, CII exams) or
  • CF1 and R05 (Both CII exams)
  • CeMAP and R05 (A mix of LIBF and CII)
  • Unit 1 of Dip FA and Cert Pro (Both LIBF exams)
  • CeMAP and Cert Pro (Both LIBF exams)



Pay Range & Compensation Package:

100% Home Based Contract. Base salary of up to £36,000 (dependent on experience) + bi-annual bonuses. Allowing to gross up to £58,000. Consistent flow and guaranteed pre-qualified leads from highly skilled financial/wealth advisers.
