Your role as Sales Manager :

· Collaborate with your new boss to map out the market, attend exhibitions, and build a dynamic team.

· Working with marketing and distribution to ensure the brand awareness is out there and the products are available.

· Ideal for those with experience in startups or launching new departments, ready to face challenges with strength and resilience.

· Sell a technical product, mastering the lingo and solving problems independently to allow your boss to focus on strategic launches.

· Spend 50% of your time with customers and the other half in the office.

· Expect some weekend work and overnight stays in the UK and Scotland during the build phase.

· Join an already successful business and help your boss turn the dream of UK success of this new product range into reality.


Build your team:

· Be instrumental in assembling a dedicated sales team from the ground up.

· Mentor and develop your team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
