The Brand Director will oversee the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth, foster loyalty, and enhance the company’s positioning within the competitive market. This role requires a creative visionary with a deep understanding of social platforms, cultural trends, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with a passion for storytelling, empowering the team to deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences across all touchpoints.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking brand strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and growth objectives.
  • Lead the creative development of all brand assets, including campaigns, visuals, and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee the brand's presence on social platforms, crafting socially engaging, trend-driven content strategies to foster audience connection and growth.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine the brand’s unique positioning within the womenswear industry.
  • Work closely with the design, marketing, e-commerce, and community teams to ensure brand alignment across product launches, collaborations, and campaigns.
  • Champion the brand narrative, creating compelling stories that resonate with the core audience while attracting new customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with the brand’s community, ensuring their voice is reflected in decision-making and strategy.
  • Measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives, using insights to optimise future strategies.


Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a senior brand leadership role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or a closely aligned sector.
  • A passion for womenswear and an intuitive understanding of the target customer.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media and influencer marketing, with a track record of creating viral, impactful campaigns.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial insight, driving brand equity and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • A data-informed mindset, comfortable analyzing metrics and making strategic decisions based on insights.
