Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Pack: Manage a team of Ad Operations Executives, guiding them to success.
  • Problem Solver: Be the go-to person for resolving any issues that arise.
  • Process Guru: Ensure all admin processes are crystal clear and followed to the letter.
  • Documentation Master: Keep all internal and external guides and documents accurate and up-to-date.
  • Financial Whiz: Handle invoice and finance queries with ease.
  • Communications Pro: Craft and distribute impactful client communications.


Required Skills:

  • CitrusAd Expertise: You have a strong background in using the CitrusAd (or similar retail media platform) to manage and optimize digital retail media campaigns.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Accountability: You own your outcomes and know when to delegate.
  • Organized & Efficient: You're a pro at staying organized and efficient, with a passion for digital media technologies and revenue growth.
  • Multitasker Extraordinaire: Your ability to juggle tasks, stay resilient, and thrive under pressure sets you apart.
