Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join one of our UK divisions (Impact Division). In this role, you will be responsible for driving project delivery within the division, collaborating closely with the Operations Director, Business MD’s and the Business Process Manager for the Impact Division, in addition to Group Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business analysis and project management skills, enabling them to contribute to the successful execution of strategic initiatives in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery within the Impact division, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
  • Assist in project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes and actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, progress reports, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective risk management throughout the project lifecycle.


Business Analysis:


  • Supporting the Business Process Manager in conducting a thorough business analysis to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and prioritise project requirements.


Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Act as a liaison between the Impact division and the Group PMO, ensuring alignment with project standards and best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, preferred.

Proven experience in business analysis and project management roles (minimum of one year).

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication, change management and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
