Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Internal Sales Executive with a positive and customer service focussed attitude to join our vibrant and hardworking team.
What you will do
- Providing back up for the Field Sales Team through;
- Telesales to existing customers
- Updating customer interactions in the CRM on our system
- Managing existing customers details / products on Knight-Link, our online order portal
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Assisting with phone calls & covering customer service emails during holidays

Requirements:
- Positive attitude and Target driven
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communicator and telephone manner
- Great literacy especially in emails and quotes
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Likes responsibility and accountability
- Good team player and also able to work under own initiative
- Previous experience in internal sales and field sales back up is essential
