Building Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to ensure the smooth operation of a 150,000 Sq.ft Building in The City. If you excel in budget control, compliance, and team leadership, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:
- manage, and monitor service charge budgets in collaboration with the Senior Facilities Manager.
- and deliver comprehensive management reports.
- health and safety audits, fire drills, and maintain updated emergency plans.
- insurance compliance, manage risks, and review the Crisis Management plan annually.
- in compiling external contracts and maintain comprehensive management records.
- high standards of maintenance for both interior and exterior, and develop excellent relationships with occupiers.
- and train on-site personnel, conduct performance reviews, and set SMART objectives.

Person Specification/Requirements:
- background in facilities management, including team and contractor management.
