Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Manager to join the team at one of the most impressive estates in Central London. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the properties, maintaining high standards in line with the values and policies of the highly regarded employer. This role is integral to fostering a commercially competitive and operationally efficient environment for occupiers, while enhancing the investment value for the landlord.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Overseeing building operations, ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and statutory regulations, including management of the service charge budget.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with occupiers, ensuring open communication regarding building issues.
- Collaborating with service partners and colleagues to ensure consistent and high standards of service delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Provide leadership and mentoring to Assistant Property Managers, ensuring their professional development.
- Be at the forefront of property management for a prestigious estate, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Engage in continuous professional development and leadership growth.
- Contribute to innovative ESG initiatives and community engagement projects.
The right candidate will be:
- Experienced in property/facilities/building management for commercial assets.
- Skilled in contractor management with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Knowledgeable about work permits, occupier fit-outs, and landlord works.
The budget for this role is up to £60,000, including a wide range of perks & benefits.
