  • They don't pigeon hole but have projects in - Commercial Office, Residential- Student Accommodation, Hotel, and there are projects in London, York, Leeds, Birmingham.


Role Description:


  • Oversee and manage project execution for commercial, PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), and residential developments under the guidance of senior management.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to maintain momentum and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure effective project communication and integration of project requirements.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior managers and stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards throughout project phases.
  • Assist in procurement and contract management, ensuring vendors and contractors meet quality and performance expectations.
  • Support cost control efforts by tracking expenses, managing budgets, and assisting with financial reporting for project efficiency.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have project management experience in real estate, with a focus on commercial, residential, or PBSA developments.
  • Must have UK consultancy experience
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources under the guidance of senior project leaders.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, including design, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple project components and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
