KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement: Build relationships and understand clients’ property needs.
Market Research: Stay updated on trends, values, and investment opportunities.
Property Showings: Organize and lead property viewings for potential buyers/renters. Negotiation: Assist clients in securing favorable terms.
Documentation: Guide clients through the purchasing or leasing process.
Networking: Develop industry connections with developers and investors.
