Role Description

This is a full-time office-based role for a Junior ERP Support Technician at our Kidderminster office. As a Junior ERP Support Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the ERP business software applications our clients use. Support is delivered via telephone and remote connection. You will work closely with our clients to provide prompt and effective support in a friendly, efficient way.


The ERP business software we provide ranges from financial software, payroll and HR through to CRM (sales contact management) and supply chain (order processing), as well as manufacturing and construction industry solutions.


Requirements / Qualifications

  • An outgoing personality who is comfortable talking with people at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, and being organised and self-motivated.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


  • This role would suit those who have studied Business or Accountancy at A-Level, BTEC or a Level 3 or above Apprenticeship level, and who have good IT skills.
  • GCSE Grade 5 or above in Maths and English are key requirements for this role, as excellent written and oral skills and accuracy with numbers are of paramount importance.
