Responsibilities

  • Monitoring day to day projects and meeting with residents to ensure their needs are met
  • Providing full administrative support to the Operations team e.g., booking appointments for upcoming projects
  • Responding to customer queries on planned and reinvestment works, liaising with internal teams as appropriate, anticipating problems and dealing with queries
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying shortfalls in service delivery, and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately and within a timely manner
  • Handling complaints and resolving housing snagging issues
  • Liaising with trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Completion of surveys
  • Coordinating & attending joint walk-in surveys with internal and external partners


Essential Skills

  • Recent experience within a similar role to Tenant Liaison
  • UK driving licence
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritise and plan workload
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Packages i.e., Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and be flexible to deal with reactive delays
  • Calm and professional approach to work both internally and externally
  • Must have IDLR/Full Rights to Work in UK - Sponsorship or Work Permits will not be accepted/ provided.


Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of housing regulations, legislation, and current practices.
