Auxo are thrilled to have been retained by an exciting start-up in the health & wellbeing space who are on a mission to make the world a better and happier place.


After years of experimenting and a lot of trial & error, they’ve got to a place in which they’ve built a great product & platform which will enable them to scale.


This company are headquartered in the US, and with sales starting there, they are now looking at branching into Europe.


So, this is where YOU come in…



THE ROLE


We are looking for a passionate & self-driven Co-Founder to join the business and become the CEO of the European division.


You’ll be tasked with taking this product to the European market, initially starting with the UK and then expanding across the rest of Europe. As well as leading on the funding efforts to enable you to scale your team.


Think GTM strategy, business development, partnerships, strategic alignment, building an A+ team, stakeholder management, revenue optimization etc.


Plus, you won’t be alone. You’ll work closely with the other Co-Founders of the business with strengths that complement each other fantastically, as well as a strong advisory board too.



WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and have experience building something from scratch/very early stages.
  • You have a proven track record in leading GTM strategies and business development efforts.
  • You’re a strong seller, confident presenter and stellar negotiator.
  • Throughout your career you’ve demonstrated a clear history of success in whatever you’ve done.
  • You are confident in taking a vision and turning it into a reality.
  • You’re experienced in building, scaling and leading high-performing teams.
  • Making strong, long-lasting connections comes easily to you.
  • You are self-driven and happy to be given a lot of freedom & autonomy.
  • You’re passionate and eager to build something incredible.
  • You feel strongly about making this world a better place.
  • Ideally, you have experience in leading on fundraising efforts.
  • Experience in a B2B2C environment would be fantastic (but not a must).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


This is an equity-only role initially.


You’ll be able to draw out a salary once you’ve completed your fundraising round (likely to be circa 6 months), but you will be rewarded with significant equity in the business.


Please do not apply if you’ll require a salary from day one. They’re looking for people who are entrepreneurial, are passionate about building something amazing and thinking of the big picture.
