Reginal Sales Head - United Kingdom Region

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving market share of UIH products in assigned territories;
  • Participate in bidding activities; coordinate with marketing, logistics and service departments in project execution and achieving regional sales target;
  • Participate in regional marketing promotion activities and trade shows, analyze specific market conditions and build a sound regional network of stakeholders;
  • Build and maintain a customer-focused regional network, solve issues and problems raised by customers through internal coordination.
  • Drive the Distributor channel to penetrate the respective countries assigned to achieve the targets of distributor and self for the regions assigned.
  • Work with Product and Clinical Apps team to successfully create impact on potential customers and partners in the assigned region.
  • Follow on opportunity funnel creation and maintenance; forecasting as per guidelines and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Competition analysis and product positioning in accordance to the strategies set by the UIH team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in medical or other related areas;
  • Typically, at least 8 years of successful experience and record in healthcare area, diagnostic imaging equipment working experience is preferred;
  • Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging ecosystem and its development trend;
  • Customer-oriented, superior communication skills, strong result-driven mindset, solid management skills.
  • Additional experienced in Product Sales Executive/Manager and Clinical Application Specialist/Expert team management is preferred
