Located in the heart of Spinningfields, is an avant-garde dining destination celebrated for its opulent décor, innovative cuisine, and electric atmosphere. As a pioneer in the culinary scene, Sexy Fish offers a unique blend of art, fashion, and culinary excellence. Our food takes its inspiration from Asian cuisine, with a focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tempura, and robata. The bar is known for offering the world's largest Japanese Whisky Collection and prides itself on unique service standards and cocktail knowledge. With creativity and flair at the front of every cocktail & drink created, the Sexy Fish London team won the Best International Restaurant Bar at TOTC 2022 and have brought the same excellence to Manchester.


We are currently seeking a visionary and accomplished Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Executive Chef, you will play a central role in shaping the culinary direction, overseeing kitchen operations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for culinary arts, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences, we invite you to be a key influencer at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the culinary vision, creating innovative and high-quality dishes.

- Lead and inspire the culinary team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the freshness of ingredients.

- Ensure efficient kitchen workflows and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the culinary industry.

- Strong culinary skills and a track record of creating successful and creative menus.

- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.

- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
