We work across various industries globally and are actively looking for a proficient Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team in Cardiff, Wales. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and fostering a safety-centric culture within our organization. The successful candidate will receive direct support from and report to the Regional EHS Manager of ASafe Global.


Your Role:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs for compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments for hazard identification.
  • Provide expert guidance on EHS matters and promote a safety culture.
  • Deliver training programs to enhance EHS awareness.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
  • Stay updated on regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits to address non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of EHS activities.
  • Assist in developing emergency response plans and conduct drills.
  • Participate in EHS committees and engage with regulatory agencies.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • UK based EHS professional with hands on CDM, RAMS, Inspections & Investigation.
  • Strong construction background & Minimum 4+ Years of EHS Experience preferably in Data Centre, Construction Industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science or Related Field
  • In-depth understanding of Local, State, and Federal HSE Regulations and proven Track Record in Developing and Implementing HSE Programs, Policies, and Procedures
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, people management abilities.
  • Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or Equivalent.
