You will:Define, own, and execute a winning digital trading strategy that drives revenue, utilising your expertise in digital planning and analytics.Take full ownership of digital sales performance, working across teams to ensure commercial targets are met and surpassed.Manage the end-to-end trading process, from daily operations to strategic campaign execution and brand promotion, in collaboration with the digital marketing and optimisation teams.Drive on-site performance by improving conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall site KPIs.Analyse key business drivers and provide in-depth insights on trade performance, creating action plans that ensure continued growth.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a fascia digital trading calendar, delivering timely, relevant promotions and content.Utilise data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI, Excel) to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Work closely with the UX and optimisation teams to enhance the customer journey, and ensure that all campaigns and promotions align with business objectives.Ensure that our SEO strategies are supported by evergreen and seasonal content, helping drive customer engagement and increase conversion.About You: What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital trading and e-commerce, with a track record of driving commercial success in the retail or consumer brand sectors.
