From themed environments to cutting-edge social gaming products, no two days are the same. Collaborate with a passionate team to design the extraordinary, blending scale, lighting, and materials into unforgettable concepts for the leisure and entertainment world.


About Us:


CONDUCTR is a dynamic collective of designers, technologists, media experts, producers & engineers. The vision is simple – fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Produce outstanding concept renders that capture the creative intent for our active projects and bid/proposal work.
  • A skilled artist, you’ll have many visualising techniques to your bow, including quick sketches and models, full concept renders and photoshop/paint overs.
  • Possess the knowhow in identifying the best/most suitable way to visually communicate concepts.
  • Handle large-scale architectural models and work from CAD plans when required.
  • Comfortable working in a high paced environment. Capable of managing your own time to hit project deadlines.
  • Innovate and put forward creative solutions to technical challenges and contribute to project ideation sessions.
  • Interpret briefs from creative team members, including the senior concept artist and creative director.


You should have:


  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating 3D visualising techniques and kick-ass concept art.
  • Expertise in 3D modelling programs such as Blender, 3DSMax or similar.
  • Experience with Photoshop or similar. Hand sketching a bonus.
  • Knowledge in architecture, with ability to read and manipulate CAD plans and large-scale architectural models when required.
  • Full understanding of visual design principles including colour, light, composition and scale.
  • A strong ability to work with a range of varied art styles and technical specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a dynamic creative team.
