Position: Data Management and CRM Administrator

Duration: 3-6-month fixed term contract (with potential extension to 1 year)

Location: Westend of London


Responsibilities:

  • Perform meticulous data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and update CRM systems and databases.
  • Outstanding working knowledge of Excel
  • Assist in administrative and clerical duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
  • Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail in all tasks.


Requirements:

  • Recent school leaver or graduate with 6 months to 1 year of admin and clerical experience.
  • Direct exposure to CRM systems and databases is preferred.
  • Strong numerical data input skills with fast and accurate keystrokes per minute.
  • Passion for careful and methodical administration.
  • Ability to immerse oneself in work with a friendly and cooperative attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, interested, and kind demeanour.
