Responsibilities


  • Work directly with Edoardo Moreni (CEO & Co-founder)
  • Improve and take over current processes in HR from designing a recruitment process to initial screening of new hires (this might include cover support functions when needed and figure out ways to reduce the load).
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections (this might also include run payroll and find ways to automate processes).
  • Assist in optimising operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity (customer support, workplace, processes, tooling, KPIs)
  • Support the execution of special projects, including market research and competitor analysis


This role is very hands on and you need to be willing to get your hands dirty. Our team is small, lean and wants to move fast.

3) 2nd call with Edoardo & a member of the team

3) Onsite interview with Edoardo & Antonio
