Health & Safety /CDM Advisor (Construction) - North West

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Services Director, you will be required to provide HSE support to multiple clients across the North West area.

You will be responsible for :

·      Carrying out Site Inspections and Site Support Visits,

·      Providing technical & HSE support to Site Management Teams

·      Undertaking targeted monthly checks

·      Finding practical solutions to issues that arise on site

·      Interacting with site management teams and building trust & solid working relationships

·      Incident and accident investigation

About You:

Qualifications, experience and training:

·      UK based construction / Housebuilding experience.

·      NEBOSH General /Construction Certificate.

·      5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Personal Abilities:

·      The desire to drive the continuous improvement of H & S on site

·      The personality to interact with workforce & management alike.

·      The ability to produce detailed , informative reports in a timely manner.

·      Excellent time management skills.

·      The ability to manage your diary efficiently

·      Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to build relationships.

·      The willingness to travel (Some occasional overnight stays may be required)
