Key Accountabilities

As our Credit Hire Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving credit hire cases. Here’s what you’ll tackle:

  • Strategic Review: Dive into pre-proceedings files, meticulously noting and following Client Guidelines.
  • Formulate Winning Strategies: Your expertise will shape initial settlement strategies.
  • Action-Oriented Execution: Implement agreed-upon strategies with precision.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Engage in telephone negotiations with Credit Hire Organizations.
  • Speedy Settlements: Pursue resolutions swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with insurers when necessary, bridging gaps for successful outcomes.
  • ISO 9001 Compliance: Keep files shipshape within quality guidelines.
  • SRA Standards & Values: Uphold professional standards and Keoghs’ core values.
