Property & Planning Paralegal

A rare opportunity has arisen from a highly regarded boutique law firm who are renowned for their work in planning law are seeking a Property Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in London.


The firm was set up by top city Partners from Magic Circle and renowned international firms and are known for their friendly culture and strong work life balance. Working on stimulating, complex and high-profile cases, they remain highly rated planning law team in the country.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Supporting the team and fee earners with the below duties:


  • Assisting with court proceedings and planning appeals, preparing bundles, filing, and submitting court documents, assisting with instructions, and reviewing evidence.
  • Attend hearings and inquiries, taking notes.
  • Prepare legal agreements, reviewing and drafts Section 106 agreements, highway agreements as well as completion formalities and execution managements.
  • Direct client contact, liaising with matters to receive instructions, provide advice and include consultations with Counsel.
  • Legal Research


Your Application:

  • Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous Property experience ideally within planning law (please make sure you have any planning experience detailed on your CV before you apply).
  • Interest in planning law.
