Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) Automotive


Your Tasks:

  • Creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationship
  • Preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
  • Coordinating of all change requests
  • Conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
  • Liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests
  • Promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities
  • Participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process
  • Managing and negotiating customer claims and LGE requests towards the customer
  • Overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations
  • Ensuring legal framework for projects are set
  • Monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan



Your Profile:

  • Degree level in Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with an internationally active supplier or similar.
  • Experience in automotive infotainment, cockpit electronics, connectivity, vision systems etc. and related products
  • Awareness of Key Customer milestones and processes
  • Technical understanding, especially automotive electronics and software
  • Experience in preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Assertiveness and negotiating skills
