About You
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to support in operations and people management for our current three stores in London, overseeing three store managers. You will be based in our newly opening Flagship store in Covent Garden, visiting our other stores two days a week in Spitalfields, Carnaby street and Westfield to manage operations, trade and people.
Day to day, you'll find yourself:
- Managing people, including store managers and store teams in leading on store strategy and operations.
- Managing staffing and recruitment for stores, liasing with head office in the recruitment process.
- leading on People management and performance issues in collaboration with HR.
- Leading on feeding store payroll information and sign off.
- Leading on trade for stores in collaboration with the Head of Merchandising and the merch team, KPIs, targets and performance and actions.
- Managing product and stock analysis, ensuring a commercial lense and focus and flagging any concerns to head office.
- Leading on Visual Merchandising in collaboration with the creative designer, with sign off for all stores.
- Supporting with marketing and events coordination with Marketing.
- Manage Health & Safety for our stores and compliance.
Ideally, you will have a passion for responsible and sustainable product, and be a true brand ambassador. You will inspire your team to delivery best in class customer service. You'll come with around 7+ years of store management experience within a busy department/boutique store environment - where you can demonstrate driving a team to success, increasing sales and driving the business forward with fantastic customer service at the forefront.
