The Opportunity


We are seeking creative, enthusiastic, and versatile Videographers with proven experience in studio environments to join our freelance talent pool. You will need to have a strong understanding of video production techniques, studio equipment, lighting, and sound, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a creative team in a fast-paced environment.


The Role


  • Plan and shoot short-form video content, ensuring that the final product aligns with the creative vision and brand guidelines.
  • Manage the setup and operation of studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and backdrops, to achieve the desired visual and audio effects.
  • Provide direction to talent and crew during shoots to ensure that performances meet the creative objectives.
  • Design and implement lighting setups that enhance the visual quality of video content, with attention to detail in achieving the desired mood and atmosphere.
  • Ensure prep-work and bay set up each morning ahead of video shooting.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot studio equipment to ensure it is always in good working condition.


The Person


  • Experience in videography, particularly in a studio environment.
  • Proven ability to direct and motivate creative teams/individuals.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to stringent productivity metrics.
  • A motivated and professional attitude at all times.
  • Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording gear.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues on set.

  • Working: On-set work at London based studios
  • Contract: Temporary / Freelance (ad hoc)
  • Length of project(s): Ongoing projects
  • Daily rate: £350 per day (paid via PAYE)
