About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven regulatory expert to lead the strategy and management of plant protection product dossiers. You will play a key role in maintaining and registering our natural product portfolios, ensuring they meet regulatory standards. This position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about sustainability, innovation, and scientific advancement. You will work on a range of high-profile brands on their journey toward greener solutions.


Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation and management of regulatory PPP dossiers for submission and post-submission processes.

- Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Product Supply teams to drive projects.

- Ensure compliance with relevant chemical legislation (CLP, REACH, GPSR, CSR) and monitor regulatory developments.

- Actively participate in Active Ingredient Task Forces and represent the company in trade associations.

- Present dossier strategies to regulatory authorities and keep a close watch on regulations like Sustainable Use and Farm to Fork initiatives.


Key Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in PPP regulatory affairs. Biocides will also be accepted

- A scientific degree, ideally with a focus on toxicology or ecotoxicology ideally but not restricted to

- Innovative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for greener, safer solutions.

- Strong leadership skills and the confidence to chair industry task forces.

- Flexible work options, with a preference for candidates based in the UK (Camberley), Germany (Mainz). Hybrid working model available.
